CONTACT

Found a missing pair?

Send a small example and the format so the fixture logic can be checked.

An existing shared address

This is the verified public forwarding alias used across the free-tool portfolio, not a separate Roundmatch mailbox. Include “Roundmatch” in the subject. There is no contact form, account or requirement to speak to anyone to use the tool.

Useful details

Use fictional participant labels where possible. Include the number of teams, single or double format, round and pairing you are checking, and your expected result. Do not send participant contact details, credentials or private club documents. Privacy describes email handling.

Scope

This address is for site feedback and calculation corrections. It does not provide event organisation, venue booking or sport-specific scheduling advice. The guide’s limits distinguish logical groups from an actual event timetable.
